ABOUT US

MANI Industries is a multidisciplinary professional services group focused on the technical and financial stewardship of physical assets. Our consultants include registered PPE valuers, chartered accountants and Professional Engineers who blend valuation modelling, engineering insight and asset management best practice to deliver trusted outcomes. We follow international standards (ISO 55000, IFRS, IAS/GRAP where relevant) and are experienced across complex industrial sectors.

PHYSICAL ASSET MANAGEMENT

Our Asset Management service was designed with a well-rounded view of assets from both a financial and technical perspective; optimisation and compliance. The asset management optimization service is achieved through engineering and asset management expertise, digital systems utilization, and an understanding of the integrated business environment in which our clients operate in. Through ISO 55000 alignment we prepare AM Policy, strategy and maintenance plans. The compliance service is designed to enable our clients to align to regulatory, as well as industry best practices. We have developed a framework that is guided by valuation, accounting and asset management best practices. This forms the mainstay of the valuation service.

ASSET VALUATION

We assist our clients leverage the value of their capital assets to raise funding for their business ventures. Our valuation approach assists lenders to confirm competitive terms and available levels of debt through difference funding options (asset based lending, credit financing or leasing). We have built into our capabilities processes and expertise that ensure that we generate the appropriate insights. Our valuation approach is used to assist lenders in updating their view on the assets they have encumbered under various bonds.

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE

Our financial reporting approach is further linked to our Asset Management Compliance Service which enables us to assist our clients with asset registers, cost allocation for assets, audit compliance, and asset management policy and strategy development.
